These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of braveveteran-deals.com and every page on that domain (the "Site"), operated by Brave Media Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site publishes general information about insurance, debt relief, personal finance and home improvement topics of interest to veterans, service members and their families, and presents offers from third-party companies ("Partners"). We are a marketing and publishing company. We are not an insurance company or agency, a lender, a debt relief provider, a contractor, a law firm or a financial adviser, and we are not affiliated with any government agency.

2. No advice

Content on the Site is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or insurance advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Government program details, discounts, rates and eligibility rules change; always confirm current terms with the official source or the provider before acting.

3. Partners and third-party sites

When you click a link to a Partner's offer you leave the Site. The Partner's own terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements and licensing apply to anything you do there. We do not control Partners, are not a party to any transaction between you and a Partner, and are not responsible for the products, services, quotes or conduct of any Partner or other third party.

4. Compensation disclosure

We receive compensation from Partners whose offers appear on the Site. Compensation may affect which offers appear, in what order and on which pages. It does not affect the price you are quoted by a Partner.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not copy, scrape, frame or republish the Site's content without our written permission; interfere with the Site's operation or security; or use automated tools to access it other than ordinary search engines.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's text, layout, graphics and the name "Brave Veteran Deals" are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any offer will be available to you, that you will qualify for any product or discount, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, savings or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or any Partner's products or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
