Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Brave Media Inc ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit braveveteran-deals.com and any page on that domain (together, the "Site"). It also describes the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site does not contain sign-up forms of its own. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you, the time and length of your visit, and which links or buttons you click. This is collected through server logs, cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see section 3).
Information from advertising platforms. When you reach the Site by clicking an ad, the advertising platform (for example Meta) may pass us a click identifier that lets us measure whether the ad led to a visit or a later action.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site.
- To measure how visitors use the Site and which pages and offers are of interest.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including reporting to advertising platforms that a visit or click occurred.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We use cookies and pixels placed by advertising and analytics providers. These may include the Meta Pixel and comparable tools from other platforms. They allow the provider to recognize your browser, attribute a visit to an ad, and build audiences for advertising on their own platforms. Each provider's use of the data is governed by its own privacy policy. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad preferences directly with the platforms, for example through Meta's Ad Preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages display.
4. How we share information
- Service providers that host the Site, provide analytics or help us run advertising, acting on our instructions.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, through the pixels and tags described above. Under some U.S. state laws this counts as "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information, and you can opt out as described in section 6.
- Partners. When you click through to a partner's offer you leave the Site. Any form you complete there is submitted to that partner, not to us, and is governed by the partner's own privacy policy. We may receive from the partner aggregate or pseudonymous information about the outcome (for example that a click resulted in a completed form) so we can measure our advertising.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Third-party websites
The Site links to pages operated by our partners and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their privacy policies before you provide any information.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and a growing number of other states have such rights under their state privacy laws.
To exercise a right, email us at contact@brave-media-inc.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will need enough information to verify that the request comes from you. You may also authorize an agent to act on your behalf. You can opt out of targeted advertising cookies through your browser's cookie controls, through a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, or through the ad platforms' own settings.
Do Not Track. Our Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but it does honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep server logs and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Visitors outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. residents. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
